GramFrame Spectrograph Player audio-sourced

Spec 168: each table below names a WAV instead of an image. GramFrame decodes the recording, analyses it in the browser and shows the spectrogram as a waterfall: press ▶ and the newest sound enters at the top while the picture slides down, in step with the audio. Pause to use the annotation tools; they scroll with the gram when you resume. On a focused player Space plays/pauses, J/L seek ±5 s, Home restarts, M mutes. Recordings are from the Work With Sounds project via Wikimedia Commons, CC BY 4.0.

Test steps:
  1. Press ▶ on a player — the gram fills from the top and scrolls down while the audio plays
  2. Pause, switch to Harmonics and drag on a tonal; press ▶ again — the set rides the gram
  3. Seek back before the set with the slider — it disappears; seek past it — it returns
  4. Change the rate to 2× — the frequency readouts are unchanged
